A payday loan or cash advance is a short-term, small-dollar loan, often used to cover unexpected expenses or to bridge a temporary gap between paydays.
To qualify for a Payday Loan Account, you must meet the following criteria:

We provide 4 easy ways for you to get the required documents to us.
We extend loans between $50 and $1,500 and in increments of $10
The maximum you can borrow is based on your net income and other employment information. Your first loan is limited to a maximum of $600, however if you qualify for more than this amount then you are eligible to borrow more funds once you have successfully repaid your first loan.
No other payday lender can deliver your loan faster than 310-LOAN and our Email Money Transfer service. We also offer direct deposit.
If your payment is returned by your financial institution, your overdue loan will be subject to a one-time NSF fee of up to $50 and interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at a rate of up to 30% per annum.
You can avoid the NSF fee and interest by ensuring you have sufficient funds in your bank account on your loan payment due date.
Our Overdue Accounts Department will work with you to develop mutually agreeable loan repayment schedules.
Once your outstanding balance is paid in full, you are eligible to apply for a new loan. In the event the loan remains unpaid, you will not be able to borrow from 310-LOAN until you resolve the outstanding loan. If your overdue balance remains unpaid, your account with 310-LOAN may be closed and the outstanding loan may be sent to a 3rd party collections agency.
If you do not have any outstanding unpaid loans, you are eligible to apply for a new loan.
