Option 2: Direct Deposit
If you don't meet the requirements for E-Mail Money Transfer then we will issue your funds directly into your bank account via Direct Deposit.

If your account is opened by 10:00am Pacific time or 1:00pm Eastern time we can often have your loan in your account that day, depending on what bank you use.  If you miss these cut-off times, your loan will be in your account the next banking day.

5. What are the implications of late payment?

If you do not repay the entire loan on or before the loan due date, the loan will be subject to a one-time overdue fee up to $50, and interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at a rate of up to 30% per annum. You can avoid the overdue fee and interest by ensuring you have sufficient funds in your bank account on your loan payment due date.

6. What are the implications of non-payment?

Our Overdue Accounts Department will work with you to develop mutually agreeable loan repayment arrangements. If the event the loan is still unpaid, you will not be able to borrow from 310-LOAN until you resolve the outstanding loan, your account with 310-LOAN may be closed and the outstanding loan may be sent to a 3rd party collections agency.

7. Code of Practice/Policy on responsible lending

310-LOAN is a member of the Canadian Payday Loan Association and follows a code of best business and responsible lending practices.

8. What is the renewal policy?

In order for you to take out a new loan, you cannot have outstanding unpaid loans.

9. What if I have more questions?

If you have more questions you can e-mail them to us at info@310LOAN.com or reach us by phone at 1-800-310-LOAN (5626).
